LEVEL 1:

1. Participants need to submit an abstract of their respective work in IEEE format in zipped (.zip) file format along with at least three photographs of the model or project.

2. This mail must be sent to spontanz15@gmail.com. before 31st january, 2015.

3.Intimation of selected candidates on 2nd February,2015.

LEVEL 2:

1. Selected teams will be invited to Campus for final presentation.

2. Format of project abstract should be in IEEE.

3. The teams will be given a time slot of 10 minutes to present their working models.

4. This will be subsequently followed by a Q'n'A session of 5 minutes.

5. The teams are suggested to prepare their presentation in Microsoft PowerPoint 2007 or more.

6. After 8 Minutes from start of a presentation, the Event Coordinator for the session will ring a bell to intimate the shortage of time.

7. Time shall be strictly adhered to in the event.

Evaluation & Criteria:

The judges will evaluate the model/project based on the following criteria:

1. Background Study.

2. Originality of Work.

3. Volume of work carried out.

4. Novelty in thinking.

5. Proper functioning of the model.
